I am a single mom to a wonderful child.  He is the light of my life.  At the point I found out about Erin and her Stepping Stones program I felt very stuck.  The first conversation I had with Erin .... truly was eye opening and heart opening.   Erin has a way about her that made me feel like she is sincere in wanting to help people and that she does truly care. 12-Week Program

Step 1 - Building your Vision

I don't even know what I want!

  • Before getting UNSTUCK and actually thriving in your life, you must first have your vision and mindset in order! Many of my clients have begun this program, thinking they didn't need this step, but every, single one has thanked me for it!

  • We will dig DEEP inside your vision, build a dream and create non-negotiable goals that we'll put on a timeline so that it will be VERY clear what steps you need to take and when. Putting it all on a timeline helps if feel more realistic and will lead you to take action!

  • You will learn how to use the Law of Attraction so that you learn how to take inspired action and attract those things that seemed so impossible before!

Step 2 - You Can Do It!

It's just not possible for me

  • We often limit ourselves by what we think we deserve or what we think we can have.  Creating life improvement cannot occur without first feeling that you deserve it!

  • Complete activities to learn how your current mindset is standing in your way and discover how you can change it!

  • In this step, you're going to begin to feel more free and excited about the process.  At this point, your vision will be crystal clear as you begin to put the pieces of your dream into action.

Step 3 - Battling the Blues

I just can't get out of my own way

  • Begin to address the nagging thoughts of worry and anxiety that have been stopping you from moving forward.

  • Learn real and proven strategies to shift your thoughts and your feelings about your situation, that will eventually transform your reality.

  • Learn to stop being your own worst enemy and feel calm in the face of everyday problems!

  • Complete workable action steps that will keep you on task and always moving forward!

Step 4 - Baggage Claim

I've had so many bad things happen to me, I can't move foward

  • In this module we'll begin to uncover those stories and beliefs (that you didn't know existed) that have been holding you back up to this point! We'll hit the baggage claim so that you can shift those stories of the past and begin seeing the results that you're finally ready for!

  • You will learn discover helpful strategies that you can practice daily to improve your mindset and watch your life begin to transform as a result. 

  • Replace the baggage with healthier and more productive thoughts and behaviors.

  • Complete action steps to make sure you're staying on task.

Step 5 - Relationships Part 1

"I just wish people would do what I need them to do!"

  • Relationships can make or break you – but it doesn’t have to be that way!  You can find peace, regardless of what’s going on in your current situation.
  • Learn healthy ways to communicate to get your needs met, these strategies work when used conistently!
  • Complete action steps to make sure you're staying on task

Step 6 - Relationships Part II

"I'm just so mad, I don't know how to let it go!"

  • Tired of feeling like you can't let go of things?  Learn strategies to let go of control of others to gain more control of yourself!

  • Develop the knowledge and skills to let go of grudges and resentment that are holding you back!  Really...it's gotta go!

  • Complete action steps to make sure you're staying on task.

Step 7 - Gratitude is Under-rated

What do I have to be grateful for?

  • It's easy to say "I don't need this step", but you'll soon discover that when you begin to feel truly blessed and grateful for the positive things in your life, you will stop seeing problems.

  • Understand how expressing gratitude can bring you MORE of what you want.

  • Create daily gratitude habits and watch your life transform.

Step 8 - Chase Your Fears

What if I can't do it? What if I fail?

  • Change is scary! You will begin to uncover the fears that you have in relation to your dreams and learn strategies to use your FEAR to push you forward, rather than hold you back.

  • Develop the skills to USE your fears to drive you further towards your dream life.

  • Complete action steps to make sure you're staying on task.

Step 9 - Where did all my time go?

But I have too much to do and NO time!

  • By this point, you've done a lot, while taking care of ALL your other responsibilities! It's not easy focusing on YOU and your DREAM while trying to balance the other areas of your life. While you might want to skip this step because you're just too busy...it's important not to!

  • You will learn time management strategies that busy women all over the world are using to become more productive, while finding a balance between their work and personal lives.

  • You will discover tools, tips and strategies for de-cluttering your mind and your life.

  • You will also find ways to do more of what makes you feel energized and less of what makes you feel drained.

Step 10 - Money, Money, Money

I can't do what I want to do, because I don't have the money!

  • Let's get real about your finances so that you can begin taking steps to increase your wealth and abundance! 

  • You'll receive access to "My Money Plan", an excel spreadsheet that will not only help you budget, but it will help you plan for your big DREAMS, like your dream vacation or epic new car!

  • You'll receive a list of money-making ideas AND come up with your own!

  • You'll learn how your THOUGHTS and past money story have impacted your current situation and shift it so that you can increase your wealth and abundance!

  • Complete action steps and begin to see evidence of an increase in your wealth.

Step 11- Changing Perceived Failure into Success

I tried and I didn't see results, I may as well give up

  • Learn to see failure as feedback, not as a total flop and learn to use them to push you forward.

  • It's easy to feel like you're failing when something goes wrong. The truth is every successful woman has "failed" at one point. Learn how to take failure as feedback and use it to help you grow and transform!

Step 12 - Moving Forward

I don't want to keep falling into the same traps
